Preheat the oven to 325°.
Combine ground turkey, carrots, onions, spinach, and salt in a large bowl. Mix gently with a spatula, then add the eggs, and mix again.
Add the wet ingredients — fold in 1 tablespoon of the sour cream, 1 tablespoon of the hoisin sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
Grease a loaf pan and fill with the meat mixture. Don't pack it in too tightly.
In a small bowl, mix together the remaining tablespoon of sour cream with the remaining tablespoon hoisin sauce and stir well. Spread a generous layer of the mixture across the top of the meatloaf.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the meatloaf, and then bake for 50 minutes at 325°.
After the 50 minutes have passed, set the oven to Broil and broil for 2 minutes. Remove from oven and enjoy!
